The spaces we create are more than just a room to rent. They are considered, designed environments to provide our guests with a mindful space to relax after a busy day. After each stay, or each week for longer bookings, the properties are professionally cleaned and returned to a showhome condition, ensuring that our high standards, design aesthetic and attention to detail is retained throughout our tenancy.

No problem tenants

We understand that finding the dream tenant is no easy task. Landlords often face endless lists of demands, excessive agency fees and all too regularly, a lack of care for your valuable asset. We replace these endless unknown factors and provide peace of mind with a fully insured business tenant, guaranteed rent paid directly by us each month, no void periods and a property that is kept in showhome condition.

Long-term partnerships

It is our first priority to set out relationships with clear, simple and transparent agreements that protect the interest of both the landlord and ourselves, in equal measure. By working together in these early stages, we can establish a strong partnership based on trust, reliability and mutual success. Following this, landlords would be invited to undertake standard regular property inspections at their will.

Who we are

Rach and Will

We are a husband a wife team based in Oxfordshire, where we live with our two sons. Our serviced accommodation business has been born from our joint passion for beautifully considered aesthetic and environmental design. Both professionally trading as Project Managers in our respective industries, Will brings a practical angle to the business, working as a Site Manager in residential construction, whilst Rachel’s experience lies in the fast-paced world of Corporate Events. Our combined skills of practical project management expertise, paired with a keen eye for design, blend perfectly to create what is now Merakai Spaces.
