Clients are staying in the property as guests for the duration of their stay and it will not be their prime residence, therefore not falling under HMO regulation.
Absolutely. We will simply require standard notice of when they will be visiting the property so that we can notify guests.
We will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the property, providing and being entirely responsible for all furniture in the property. You as the landlord would continue to be responsible for any mechanical and electrical issues with the property, such as any issues encountered with the boiler.
